What to expect:

Your therapist will arrive to your location between 10-30 minutes prior to service. Call if you are running late, appointments exceeding 15 minutes late with out a call are subject to being cancelled & charged. Likewise You will be notified if your therapist is running behind, At 30 mins. late you will be given the option to cancel with full refund or get an upgraded service because customer satisfaction is a priority! You will complete an intake form if you have not printed and completed it in advance. Our therapists provides everything to create a spa experience. Your session will be customized to fit your individual needs, so please speak up if you need more or less pressure or to spend more or all of your time in a certain area it is all about you in this session! The only exceptions is if there is a contraindication present or the therapist notices a different source of your issue, in such case your therapist will explain their assessment to you verbally and we hope that feel comfortable with them at that time trust their instincts. Although we love to pamper our clients aiding in healing is our first priority!

How to prepare:

Remember to restrain all pets. Some therapist are allergic also they travel to several homes and other clients may be allergic (fur babies love to climb onto the supplies).

You should verify location and any parking concerns,

Address hygiene issues, and tie your hair up if applicable.

You may wear a robe to shorten the start time

Find a clear open space at least 8ft x 10ft  (near a wall outlet if your session is not massage only)

Set your lighting and scenery the way you like and your therapist will setup the rest

 Rescheduling policy/Cancellation:

24 hr notice is required for appointment cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so before the 24hr time frame. You can do this on your own through your confirmation email that's sent upon booking. If you encounter an issue with the online system please do so via text, voicemail, or email. Upon the first violation of this policy the client will be charged a re-booking fee, second violation will forfeit 50% of appointment cost for the time slot taken. (balances are always credited to future appointments) All further violations will be charged the full price for the missed session. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that everyone's time is respected. *Only exception is with a doctors note for emergencies
